Downtown Danville
Danville’s River District, comprising its central business district and historic tobacco warehouse district, has been the commercial heart of the city since the 18th century. In addition to the city’s main restaurant area, the district features the trailhead for the Riverwalk Trail, which includes walking trails on both sides of the Dan River.

Danville boasts a robust arts and museum culture with outlets including the Museum of Fine Arts and History, the Piedmont Arts Association, and the Smithsonian-affiliated Virginia Museum of Natural History.
Primland Resort
Situated on 12,000 mountainous acres in Patrick County, Primland Resort’s amenities include the Highland Course, a fixture on Golf Digest’s rankings of the top public courses in the United States. Water Recreation
