The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) ensures that new and expanding life sciences companies, can quickly attract and onboard high-quality employees by offering a world-class, customized talent acquisition and training solution, the Virginia Talent Accelerator Program. The program is provided at no cost to qualified companies as an incentive for job creation, as are grants from the Virginia Jobs Investment Program, for companies that prefer to manage their own recruitment and training.
